Pic monkey is a fun, easy to use web editor with many different effects. The effects available are all on the left hand side of the screen easily visible and easily accessible.
Pixlr is a also an easy site to use. The home screen has three options for your photo editing needs. pixlr editor is for advanced users, pixlr express is effecient photo editing, and pixlr o matic is the playful setting. Since i haven't done much photo editing i chose pixlr o matic, and it was very easy to use and had a large selection of effects.
fotoflexer.com seemed like a website for someone who has had prior experience with photo editing web sites. There was a huge choice of effects available to use, and hundreds of different things that could be done to a photo.
The last website, befunky.com is what a unicorn would use if it was editing a picture. Not sure why thats relevant but i thought it belonged. This last web site is easy to use and has many effects. The user that this is correct for is novice to expert. Anyone can get on and immediately start editing.
the last one is sumo paint, and it reminds me of ms paint alot.
i think that the most useful would be fotflexor.
i liked fotoflexor the best.
pixlr was easiest to use.
